We want you to be confident in your purchase from Breeze. If you are not fully satisfied, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items should be in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged, with any tags or accessories included.

Eligible items

All products purchased from our store are eligible for return within the window above. There are no non-refundable items.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The cost of returning an item is paid by you, and we recommend using a tracked shipping method, since we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit and never reach us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear on your statement.

How to request a return

• Step 1: Email us at support@breezeurban.com within 14 days of delivery, using the subject line "Return Request".
• Step 2: Include your order number, the item or items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
• Step 3: Our team will reply with confirmation and the return address along with any instructions.
• Step 4: Pack the item securely and ship it back using a tracked service, then send us the tracking number.
• Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@breezeurban.com as soon as possible with photos and your order number, and we will work with you to resolve it.
